For business
ARK Assist
Technology that keeps the business working.
IT support, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, phones, broadband, backup, networks and technology projects for businesses.
One ARK. Different expertise.
ARK is a group of technology businesses under one holding company. Each one does a different job — supporting companies, repairing computers, building the technology in a home — and they share the same people, standards and way of working.
The businesses
Each has its own customers, its own site and its own way of working. Whichever one you deal with, the group behind it is the same.

You don't need to know which company you need. You need the problem dealt with by someone who does this properly.
One group. Different ways we can help.
How we got here
ARK was not designed as a group of companies. It grew out of one repair business, a lot of trial and error, and a fairly long process of working out what we were actually good at.
Founder Rob King tells the story of the people, false starts and difficult years that shaped the ARK businesses we have today.

Projects
Written the way the job actually went: what the situation was, what was chosen and why, and what changed afterwards.
A one-acre property in Warsash asked an open question: what could make the house smart? We started with the infrastructure, not the gadgets — traced and tested every existing cable, built a central rack, and put nine access points, seven cameras and Home Assistant on top of it.
A precision manufacturer's ageing flat network was causing daily dropouts on the shop floor. We redesigned and replaced it in phases, working out of hours so production never stopped.
If you're not sure which part of the group you need, start here and we'll point you at the right one.
